Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the castle hotel was an enchanting experience with its spacious and comfortable rooms offering a great view out over the ocean. The service provided by the staff for events like weddings was exceptional, although having to pay £18 for a full breakfast was a downside. The location, set in the Glens of Antrim and near the famous GOT doors, was excellent with picturesque views and warm hospitality. The dining experience, featuring mouth-watering dishes, was delightful.
The hotel offers breathtaking views over the bay and headland, with a convenient location near a well-stocked shop and restaurant just a short walk from the beach. The rooms resemble a nice hotel setup, perfect for weddings. However, the dining experience leaves much to be desired, with a below-par breakfast. The service is a mix of helpful staff and some preoccupied moments, especially with Scott the manager standing out. The location is ideal for exploration and not as pricey as others in the area.
Although we were unable to fully enjoy the sea view due to arriving and leaving in darkness, the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, overlooking the rooftop. The staff redeemed the situation with their kindness and attentiveness, although the issue with the gift card was a minor setback. The location was excellent for exploring the North Coast, offering good parking and beautiful views. The dining experience was enjoyable with plenty of choices, albeit with a limited breakfast selection. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor inconveniences.
I had a fabulous time at the hotel, enjoying the nice sea view and spacious, spotless room with an extra-large bed. The bathroom was excellent with a separate bath and walk-in shower, just what I needed. The old castle part of the hotel added a great attraction. Although the story of Lady Isabella was sad, we didn't get a visit from her, as she's supposed to be a friendly resident. In all, no complaints; we will definitely return. The only downside was the slight noise when traffic started in the morning.
The hotel offers stunning sea views overlooking the Irish Sea up to Scotland, with spacious rooms featuring a top-notch TV and stereo system. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me want to return for more. The location is exceptional, with beautiful gardens, a beach across the road, and Game of Thrones landmarks nearby. The dining experience was delightful, with a variety of delicious options. Overall, a great value for the money!
The hotel's location is unbeatable, right across the street from the open ocean, offering an impressive view. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to the friendly and helpful owner. The dining experience was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options. The facilities were well-equipped, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel offers stunning garden views but with a slight disappointment due to dust in the room and booking mix-up. The location provides amazing photo opportunities, especially for Game of Thrones fans, with delicious dining options. The friendly and efficient service enhances the overall experience.
The hotel has a lovely charm, offering cute rooms with pleasant spa toiletries and a cozy bed. The service is attentive and friendly, especially the welcoming receptionist. It's situated in a gorgeous location on the Coast Road, ideal for exploring the stunning Antrim coast. However, the dining experience falls short of excellence.
The hotel provided a mix of comfort and luxury with ideal cleanliness but lacked in room lighting and ambiance. The service was efficient and welcoming, with delightful restaurant offerings. The location was beautiful and conveniently located near attractions along the Antrim Coast. However, the dining experience fell short in quality. The facilities were well-maintained and elegant, offering a touch of luxury.
